1. About these terms

This website, SparesHub, is run by TODO: business name (“SparesHub”, “we”, “us”), TODO: registered address, city, pin. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, our Shipping policy and our Returns, exchange & refunds policy.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or buying with the consent of a parent or guardian, and have a delivery address in India.

3. Products and fit

• We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colours in photos may look slightly different on your screen.
• Each product lists the bikes it fits. If your bike isn't listed, or you're not sure, ask us before ordering and we'll confirm.
• SparesHub is an independent seller. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Royal Enfield or any other vehicle maker. Brand and model names are used only to describe which bikes a part fits, and belong to their owners.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free unless the checkout says otherwise.
• We may change prices on the website at any time, but never for an order you have already placed.
• Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes. You can pay the courier in cash or by UPI.

5. Orders

After you order, we confirm it by WhatsApp, SMS or email. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price shown was clearly a mistake, the courier cannot deliver to your pin code, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

6. Delivery

7. Cancellation, exchange and refunds

You can cancel before your order ships. We don't accept returns for change of mind, but we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, don't work, or aren't as described. The full rules are in our Returns, exchange & refunds policy.

8. Warranty

If a product comes with a warranty, the product page states how long it lasts and what it covers. A warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or water beyond the product's stated rating.

9. Installation and safe riding

• Follow the install guide on the product page. For electrical parts, we recommend a qualified mechanic.
• We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle caused by incorrect installation.
• Set up navigation and other devices before you ride. Never handle a phone or device in a way that distracts you while riding, and always follow traffic laws.

10. Our responsibility to you

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.

11. Using this website

Please don't misuse the website: no fraudulent orders, no attempts to break or overload it, and no copying of our content, photos or videos without permission.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can't be settled by talking to us first, the courts at TODO: your city will have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.

13. Complaints and grievance officer

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have a grievance officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
